Pampers Rash Update!
Saturday, October 17, 2009 at 5:02PM I am happy to report that I spoke to Proctor & Gamble (Pampers) this week. They were extremely concerned about Joaquin's rash (Hives and Rashes and Eczema, Oh My!: THE SAGA (Part 2)). The customer service representative recorded all of my data and will be submitting a form to the Proctor & Gamble Health Department. According to the representative Pampers has not changed their "formula" and there are no "chemicals" in their diapers. However, she did send my a refund which came promptly in the mail three days after the call. Hopefully, this will send a small flag to the company and something will get resolved. So there is my short report. If you are going through the same thing, please call Proctor & Gamble 1-866-586-5654 and let them know what you are experiencing.
